OF GAUSSIAN SPHERES
The immediate preliminary result is that the scattering characteristics are
qualitatively similar for all three cases. For increasing number of member
particles, the scattering phase function becomes slightly flatter, with
increasing scattering into intermediate scattering angles for increasing
number of member particles. The degree of linear polarization slightly
decreases for the same angular domain, and no evidence is seen for negative
polarization close to the backward direction (cf. Muinonen 1994). As for the
