4.1.3 Calculation Results of Non-linear Energy Transfer
in Wind Wave Spectrum 1
Calculations of non-linear energy transfer in the wind wave spectrum can be
executed for its most typical frequency-angular approximations S(a, B) given
in the following form:
S(a,(3) = S(a) Q(a,(3),

where S(a) is the frequency spectrum and Q(a,(3) is the angular energy
distribution.
The frequency approximation in the form of the JONSWAP spectrum
(Hasselmann et al., 1973) is used as:
