des inventions. C es inventions deviendront
des innovations seulement au m om ent ou elles
rencontreront le m arche.
Pour etre brevetable, une invention doit etre un
produit, un procede ou un dispositif qui apporte
« une solution technique a un problem e technique ». L a com binaison d'eiem ents preexistants est brevetable des lors qu'elle debouche
sur une fonctionnalite nouvelle. Cette invention
doit etre nouvelle, licite, applicable et inventive.
