Le BP est un document ecrit, synthetique et
prospectif qui presente le projet. II est complet et retrace « I'histoire d'une idee » qui se
transforme en « projet d’entreprise ». De ce
fait, il compte deux parties liees ; une partie
textuelle (qui raconte I’histoire du projet et
des createurs, le projet et son business model,
les moyens a mettre en oeuvre et les aspects
juridiques) et une partie chiffree qui traduit ce
projet en termes financiers. II demarre par un
resume (Executive Summary) et se termine par
les perspectives d'avenir.
The business plan is a synthetic, prospective written document in which the project is
described and presented. A complete document, it outlines the "history of an idea" that
has been developed into a "business project".
Accordingly, the business plan consists of two
interlinked sections: a text (describing the history of the project, the people behind it, the
project and its business model, the resources
required for its success, and the legal aspects);
and a set of figures describing the project in
financial terms. The document starts with an
"Executive Summary" and concludes with a
review of future perspectives.
