8.4.1 Heterospectral Correlation
the summary plot in Fig. 8.7 shows the various optical spectroscopies that have
been combined with 2dCoS to provide complimentary information about protein
structure at different levels of organization and interaction with environment. Such
a large range of methods involved in protein studies has opened a new possibility for 2dCoS called heterospectral correlation analysis. heterospectral correlation
analysis involves comparison of the spectral changes induced by identical perturbations and measured by closely related spectroscopic methods. this approach can
