control over the movement of the vessel. Parallel indexes are recommended for each
part of the coastal passage.
The use of radar and ARPS when sailing in confined waters. Confined waters
include navigational areas, the dimensions of which are of the same order of magnitude with the dimensions of the vessel and/or the depth of which is less than 5 of the
