3. Stitching wire is used to stitch the boxes in the stitching operation. Since this is
metallic wire with pointed edges, it sometimes hinders the product inside and
may cause corrosion in some cases. Stitching wire is replaced by glue to avoid
such losses.
4. Ink is used for single colour printing of front sheet. Ink dip rubber printing block
is pressed over the paper, and an impression gets printed on the paper. Single
colour printing is done within the facility, while four-colour printed sheets are
outsourced.
Figure 6 shows the basic raw materials of the identified industry.
