The result of the effect of pH on the immobilized is shown in Fig. 4. The optimum
pH for the immobilized protease was 8.5. pH values ranging from 8.0 to 9.0, indicating
that the immobilized alkaline protease was more resistant to alkaline conditions. They
showed that in addition to the shift of the pH optimum from 7.5 to 9, more resistant
to the alkaline environment was obtained (Dutta et al. 2017).
