conductivity is reversible.
Measurements of current relaxation were carried out in the range of applied voltages from 150 to 320 V. The magnitude of the sensitivity S at various voltages was
calculated by the formula:

where I 1 is the current in the presence of water vapor, I 0 is the current in the
atmosphere of dry air. The results of the calculations are shown in Table 1 and
Fig. 3.
