and at a frame rate of 30 frames/s within the chamber upon the
application of 10 V, under both positive and negative polarity.
Maintain temperature at 25
C during measurements, with an
assumed sample viscosity of 0.9 cP and dielectric constant of
80.0. A typical result obtained from NTA can be seen in Figs. 4
and 5. See Note 25 for discussion about differences that may
occur with respect to nanocomplex sizes using TEM and NTA.
