Astheimer and Schwochau (1976) have shown that reduction of MO
−
4 (M: Mn,
Tc, Re) in various nonaqueous solutions may lead to the formation of ionic forms of
the elements with the same oxidation state and almost the same, at least for Tc and
Re, transport properties. In aqueous media, they obtained Tc(V), Re(IV) and Mn(II)
species. Respective polarograms for discussed Mn, Tc and Re systems are presented
in Fig. 2.6. The curves recorded for technetium in aqueous solutions reveal a poorly
