3 Alkyne Functionalization in Relay Catalysis
Gong [47] and Che [48] initiated a relay catalytic cascade reaction consisting of
Au(I)-catalyzed hydroamination of alkynes and CPA-catalyzed enantioselective
transfer hydrogenation of in situ generated enamines. In 2015, Patil and coworkers reported a cascade enantioselective hydroamination/Friedel–Crafts alkylation
reaction under the relay catalysis of Au(I) complex and CPA (Scheme 7) [49]. The
