Conversion of Electricity
To convert solar thermal energy into electricity, a single-diode circuit has been used
consisting of a small disk of semiconductor attached by wire to a circuit consisting
of a positive and a negative film of silicon placed under a thin slice of glass and
attached to graphene, using an exterior curtain wall skin of all cities and community
buildings and houses. Necessarily, the PV panel shall have an open-circuit point
where the current and voltage are at the maximum, open-circuit voltage V oc , and
maximum power point that can be clarified using the maximum current and voltage
calculation immediately upon capturing the nonequilibrium photons [48–50]. The
power delivered by a PV panel will thus have the capability to attain a maximum
value at the points (I mp , V mp ) [51–53]. It is confirmed by the PV panel’s capability of
such current–voltage flow to get net energy production by the PV panel by analyzing circuit models of the PV module: (a) normal, (b) normalized, and (c) perfect
modes where perfect modes are the best option (Fig. 16.7).

current source near the short-circuit point and as a voltage source in the vicinity of the open-circuit
point at the condition of the PV module are (a) normal, (b) normalized, and (c) perfect modes
