advantages in predictive analysis. In the sector, WBS or construction information
classification systems are the most common management tools.
The model used in this study is the WBS of Andalusia [44], which has been
described in the state of the art, based on a hierarchical and tree structure with defined
levels, where each group is divided into subgroups with homogeneous characteristics.
The classification system materializes the codification of each concept, which means
that each code corresponds to a concept and each concept to a unique code, which
allows the precise identification of each concept. Among other advantages, it also
facilitates its management and solves the location of concepts in the budget structure.
This organization of work and its components offer a very robust and stable system
when it comes to dividing a complex system such as the work budget into simpler
elements, i. e., materials, machinery and labour. Shown in Table 8, an example
