The wastes shall be buried layer by layer on the paved liner to build up gradually. The solidifying objects shall be paved throughout the bottom to make it
evenly loaded, to prevent uneven settlement of the foundation. The landfill slope
shall be closed after reaching the landfilling height, with the top shaped as slope
with not smaller than 5% gradient that discharge from the center to the periphery.
(2) Closure cover and landfill closure
The hazardous wastes landfill, with the expiry of the service period, shall be closed
and managed subsequently as stipulated.
The closure cover system of the project is planned to be composed of four layers,
namely the surface layer, protective layer, drainage layer and barrier layer, from top
to bottom.
