Regarding furniture and equipment, some workstations can be adjusted to anthropometric measures (adjustable chairs, wrist support, screen adjustment), but there
was no training on what would be the appropriate height of the computer screen,
or how to use the available ergonomic devices, what is important for employees
from the administrative team, whose work is mostly static in front of a desk. For the
nursing team, the resting rooms are not adequate. It doesn’t have chairs enough and
the existing ones are not anatomic.
The environment construct is the second priority. As it is shown on Graphics 5
and 6, the noise at the hospital bothers the employees. The sources of this noise are
