When the existing medium was nearly depleted, a new culture medium LMK was prepared in
various quantities (1, 2, 5, 10 L). Initially, one was used for a new seeding of one beaker of
spirulina (1.1 L), while the remaining batches were stored for future use.
After seeding, the spirulina culture was observed for 10 days to check if the new medium was
suitable. During this time, microscopic observations were made to monitor the spirulina's
growth.
