4.3.9.8 In order to avoid the occurrence of fire, explosion, and other serious accidents, signs of no-smoking, fire prevention, and speed limitation should
be set at conspicuous positions.
4.3.9.9 The setting of fire-fighting devices should conform to regulations in standard GB 50140, inspected regularly to check the utility, and replaced in
time.
4.3.9.10 Emergency response plans should be formulated for major accidents such
as fire and explosion.
4.3.9.11 Safety inspection should be conducted to the whole plant at regular
intervals and inspection results should be recorded.
4.3.10 Inspection Requirements
4.3.10.1 Basic requirements of inspection
1. Each batch of raw materials of compost should be inspected at least
once and the terms to be inspected include moisture content, total
organic matter, pH value, and so on.
2. The quality and sampling inspection of compost products should refer
to relevant methods in standard NY 525.
4.3.10.2 Environment monitoring
The environment monitoring should be carried out once in the summer of each year,
involving total suspended particles and odor. The inspections of total suspended
particles and odor should conform to regulations in standards HJ 618 and GB 14554,
respectively.
