4.2.3 General Regulations
4.2.3.1 Operation Management
1. Operating personnel on each post should be familiar with the relevant treatment
process, responsibility and quality requirement of their own posts. Operating
personnel should be acquainted with the technical performance, operation and
maintenance, and safety operation rules of the equipment and facilities of their
own posts. Personnel on special posts need to have vocational training.
2. Operating personnel should stick to their posts and make careful record. Management personnel need to check the operation conditions of facilities, equipment,
apparatuses, and instruments regularly. Once abnormalities are found, the corresponding responses and measures should be taken and this needs to be reported
to the higher authorities layer by layer.
