the above range of parameter, perfect bonding is also observed; after cutting, results
are shown in Table 5.
From the results of Table 5, effective bonding was observed in all trials. So proper
window of process parameters was getting with trial and check method. Above
effective bonding results were obtained at the higher rate of feeding which is crucial
for creating a bond between the substrate and deposited layer with constant changing
feed rate and effective pressure. Likewise higher traverse speed was also helping
in decreasing the thickness of the deposited layer. Similarly, rotating speed was
