Then all trials are to be cut longitudinally, and as a results, they all are dismantle
from the substrate plate. Basic reason behind the dismantle of deposition layer is
probably inefficient pressure is produced to create a bond with the substrate. Only
the layer is deposit on substrate but pressure is not enough to create a bond with
the substrate plate. So with process parameter, window selection of pressure is also
found predominant factor for deposition because all the trials are based on forced
control mode. So next set of trials is performed with using same parameter range but
with increasing force to create bond with substrate plate.
From the results of deposited layer with same range of parameter are shown in
Fig. 7a–c, all layers appearance-wise looking flat and onion rings are also flatter in
shape from end in Fig. 8. From this set of trials, we cut the deposition layer from
the transverse direction. The reason behind the change of cutting direction is, in all
previous trials we cut the layer along with deposition direction and while we cut the
layer in power hacksaw machine due to the excessive cutting force and vibration
deposited layer are dismantle from substrate plate. Now we cut the section from the
centre of deposition, in this situation starting portion of deposition (considering from
deposition start direction) is properly bonded, while after cut, remaining portion is
dismantle from base plate. Probable reason behind that is when deposition is complete
approximately 50 mm layer at the same time ring shape also changes and due to that
