some hooking effect (lifted upward). Proper bonding of the layer is not happened
with the substrate plate. Average thickness of the deposition layer is quite higher
that may also create some problem for generating an effective bonding on substrate
plate as shown in Fig. 4. So based on the observations, additional experiments were
carried out.
From the result of Fig. 5a–c, all the trials are performed with increasing the
rotational speed to one limit. First three trials are with rotational speed and then
one rotational speed is locked and two travel speed is change and last two with tilt
angle are performed. Based on the physical appearance of deposited layer, layers are
looking flat while shape of the onion ring is also flat which we can see in Fig. 6.
