An Effect of Process Parameter on Physical Appearance …

recorded at three places like both ends and middle of deposition. With the same time
after cutting the deposition layer with the longitudinal manner, two different results
were also recorded which is total deposition length (T.L) on advancing side and
retreating side and actual bonding length (BL) on advancing and retreating side are
recorded. All the results of deposition are shown in Table 4. Result of bonding length
on advancing and retreating side is recorded with measuring on vernier calipers.
From the deposition results, it is clear that all the trials are form different shape of
ring due to parameters effect, that is why uniformity is not shown in above results,
while T-1 and T-2s ring shapes are flatter than others, so which gives uniform deposition compare to others. But current results are very primary so additional experimental
trials perform for strengthening the results. So next set of trials is performed with
the same parameter range, and its effects are recorded in the form of graph.
From the results of Table 4, additional experiments were carried out, in which
three trials on effect of rotations speed and two trials on effect of travel speed were
carried out. So, based on the deposition results all trials are deposited with higher
thickness compare to previous trials shown in Fig. 3a, b; no much more effects are
shown on deposited width, with the same time the end of the deposition is shown with
