speed, traverse speed and tilt angle on deposited layer length, layer width and layer
thickness [15, 16]. After cut from the lengthwise cross-sectional original width on
advancing side, bonding width on advancing side, original width on retreating side,
bonding width on retreating side. All the single-layer surfing trials are performed
after pre-cleaning of substrate material. At the same time, the formations of the
onion ring at the end of the rod also have some important influence on uniformity
on layer width and thickness [17, 18]. So, ring formation is one of the important
aspects for generating a perfect set of parameters. Aluminium–steel bonding with
high strength–weight ratio is developing new structural and automobile application
[19, 20]. Table 3 is with the data of effect of rotating speed, travelling speed and tilt
angle on bonding.
During this set of experiments, seven trials were performed on a random basis
like 1800, 2000 and 2200 rpm; during that time, our travel speed and tilt angle
are kept constant which is 20 mm/min and 0°. Next two trials with changing the
travel speed range which is 25 mm/min and 30 mm/min while rotating speed and
tilt angle are constant which is 2000 rpm and 0°. Further, two trials are performed
with changing the tilt and which is 1° and 2° and two parameters are kept constant.
Results of deposition are recorded in the form of length, thickness and width are
