frequency of measurements, with maximum ±15 min and the chosen time step is

The mean profile relative values obtained from a detrended time series can be
added to the mean of the selected raw time series (singular value added to a vector
of values) to obtain a diurnal profile of absolute values that has a 99% fit to the raw
diurnal profile. This operation can be applied to the entire time series that have been
detrended or to sections of it (in this case, the mean of the raw time series section
will be added to the profile of the same section).
