pressure in the aspirator. It can be seen that the tenacity of all the investigated PET
fibres increases as the applied take-up pressure increases, which is valid for both
processing temperatures.
For the PET fibres produced at a lower take-up pressure (below 2.0 bar), the
tenacity presents a gradual increase as the applied take-up pressure increases, and
the fibres produced from virgin PET grades show no significant difference comparing
with that from the recycled PET. For the PET fibres produced at a higher take-up
