three dimensions was studied with near-diffraction resolution [44]. The full scattered three-dimensional electromagnetic field of plasmonic gold nanodisk chains
fabricated by e-beam lithography was also measured using the same holography
technique [25] using single-shot hologram acquisition associated to a reconstruction
of the 3D scattering pattern of the antennas. Cross-sections of the reconstructed scattered field in different planes is shown in Fig. 5.13 (taken from the paper of Suck
et al. [25]). Although the holographic images are diffraction limited, the shape of the
