pseudoceanic, pelagic population: upper 50 m (night). Occurs off west coast as a pseudoceanic, pelagic species southwards to 23°S. A high-oceanic species in Atlantic (51°N25°S); pseudoceanic in western South Atlantic (28°-40 0 S).
