Procedure
1. Surgically excise a sterile echinococcal cyst (approximately Collection

2. Collect round or oval daughter cysts « 5 mm diameter) from the center of the fibrous stroma of the excised cyst.
3. Place the collected daughter cysts on sterile gauze, and wash them
with serum-free RPMI-1640 medium.
