- Culture medium (0.1 % glucose, 1 % TC bovine embryo extract EE100 Solutions

II. Procedure
1. Brush the barnacles carefully.
Sterilization
2. Keep the barnacles in seawater, with a salinity of 3.0%, in an aerated
aquarium at 23°C for at least 1 week. During this period, feed the barnacles with newly hatched Artemia nauplii every second day.
