To group the documentation standard according to the documentation
information,
• a good quality standard is given by more than 80% passport data and more than
50% other data;
• a basic quality standard is given by more than 80% passport data and between
30 and 50% other data;
• a poor quality standard is given by more than 80% passport data and more than
50% other data or even 100% passport but no other data.

of distribution was judged as good quality standard. A basic quality standard is defined by less
than 10% but more than 3% of the stored accessions. If the conservation facilities distributed less
than 3% of their stored material, their quality standard is defined as poor.
