epiftuorescence microbial count at black Nucleopore filters (see Sect. 6.2).
Parallel estimations of bacterial production by the dark 14C02 uptake and
the radiophosphorus methods in surface waters of the eastern Pacific revealed
a quite reasonable correlation between values thus obtained (Fig. 4.15).
