METHOD OF PARAMETER EVALUATION
The parameters will be evaluated according to:
Taking the following into consideration:
Pi = Weight = Importance of the parameter to characterize the quality of the
beach (from 0 to 1);
value of the parameter (0=bad, 1=regular, 2=good).
In order to evaluate the indexes, absolute values are taken into consideration for
quality of beach, and relative values (alteration produced according to the alternative
taken) for social evaluation and ecological impact. The monetary evaluation will not
be done by indexes, but by monetary units.
The weights will be determined according to one of the following methods,
based on consultations:
1) Ordering by ranking:
