Description: In this species, there are
laterally orientated rows of large dark
markings that run across the entire
body and head. In young individuals, these markings appear first in the
region behind the opercle and extend
further along the body as they mature.
There is also a strong red coloring in
the fins and tail. This species reaches a
size of 25 cm (SeriouslyFish, 2014h).
