form alite dans tous les pays signataires de la
Convention de Berne pour la Protection des
oeuvres litteraires et artistiques. D epuis la lo i
du 3 juillet 1985, la notion d’ oeuvre de I'esprit
a ete etendue aux logiciels qui sont egalement
proteges par les droits d'auteur.
