the second spectral harmonics is not more than 10% from the amplitude of the main
spectral harmonic in the amplitude–frequency spectrum of intensity fluctuations of
the speckle-field.
The characteristics of speckles f , S, K a , K b calculated on the basis of measurement results of intensity fluctuations of the speckle-field are used for analysis of data
during conduction of the study of biomechanical characteristics of skeletal muscles
and microhemodynamics of skin.
5. Medical requirements.
5.1. The possibility of investigation of a different tone and contractive activity
of skeletal muscles should be provided both for the state of rest and under
the impact of different loads.
5.2. The possibility of establishment of the correlation connection of spectra of
intensity fluctuations of the speckle-field with biomechanical parameters
of the skeletal muscles should be provided.
5.3. The possibility of studying microhemodynamics of skin on the whole
surface of the human body should be provided.
5.4. The research area of microhemodynamics should have the diameter of not
more than 5 mm.
5.5. The processing of measurement results should give the possibility to establish a connection between the parameters of spectra of fluctuation intensity
