and the number of exposures. The dependence of relative intensity of interference
pattern maxima for two-, three, four-, fivefold exposed holograms on time of one
exposure is presented in Fig. 3.11. It is obvious that all the curves have their best
value. To specify the best conditions of interferogram recording a series of additional
tests were conducted. The data are presented in Fig. 3.12. The total time needed for
the exposures was held at the level of 10 s. Theoretical analysis shows that intensity
in maxima of such interferograms must be the same (the dotted straight line) (see
