made it possible to increase significantly the measurement accuracy of the thermoelastic deformations of the injection heterolasers by minimizing the influence of the
cooling vessel and thus more objectively judge their thermal characteristics.
The conducted experimental studies of laser diode deformations make it possible
to conclude that these holographic interference microscopy methods have good
perspective for studying thermal and mechanical characteristics of heterostructures.
4. Using the methods of laser diffractometry and electrophysiology, the impact of
a powerful pulse magnetic field on the neuromuscular preparation state (nerve,
muscle fiber) was studied. The direct influence of the powerful pulse magnetic
field on the contractile reaction of the muscle fiber was not observed. It is shown
that in the moment of the magnetic field impact (~25 kOe) the diffraction pattern
of the muscle fiber is stable. The functional state of the nerve under magnetic
field estimated by the action potential amplitude was changing. This reaction has
a complex structure multi-directional in time. It is ascertained that the character
of changing the action potential amplitude is affected by the initial functional
state of the nerve conductors.
5. The results of the study on the impact of the pressure and the pulse magnetic field
on the nerve and muscle fibers, lymphocytes, a nerve were used in the Institute of
Medical and Biological Problems (Moscow), Pavlov Institute of Physiology of
the Academy of Sciences of the USSR (Leningrad), the Institute of Neurology,
Neurosurgery and Physiotherapy of the Ministry of Health of the BSSR, the
Institute of the Rigid Body and Semiconductors of the Academy of Sciences
of the BSSR, the Institute of Physics of the Academy of Sciences of the BSSR
(Minsk). The developed methods of acupuncture and intravascular blood irradiation for treatment of PNS-diseases were widely implemented in the Institute
of Neurology, Neurosurgery and Physiotherapy of the Ministry of Health of the
BSSR and in the Institute of Neurology (Moscow, Russia). With the help of
coherent-optical methods and devices, in particular the holographic interference
method, developed with the active participation of L. V. Tanin, the results were
obtained, which became the basis of a number of theses.
