5.3.3 Application of Vertical Line Method
in Pencil-Lead-Broken Experiment
The size of the steel plate used in the experiment is 700 mm*700 mm*5 mm. The
position of sensors and pencil-lead-break are shown in the Fig. 5.9. A rectangular
coordinate system is established with a point in the lower right corner as the origin,
and the acoustic emission sampling frequency is 3 MHz.
