value and accuracy analysis are obtained. The sound source angle is calculated
using (31.4). The specific calculation and error analysis results are shown in
Fig. 31.5.
It can be seen from Fig. 31.5 that under different sound source angles ϕ and
different sound source distances r, the absolute errors of the sound source angle
measurement values are small, and the values are distributed 0.1°–0.2°. It is
shown that the direction finding accuracy of the planar small matrix unit sound
source localization method is not affected by the sound source angle ϕ and the
distance r.
(2) Ranging results and accuracy analysis
According to the above method, the influence of different sound source positions
on the ranging accuracy of the small array unit positioning method is analyzed.
It mainly analyzes the influence of two factors of different sound source angle
ϕ and distance r on the accuracy of sound source ranging.
In the case where the sound source angle ϕ is constant, the relationship between
the relative error of the sound source distance measurement value and the sound
source distance is as shown in Fig. 31.6.
It can be seen from Fig. 31.6 that when the sound source angles are ϕ = 0°,15°
and −15°, the relative error of the ranging based on the planar small array unit
sound source localization method increases with the increase of the sound source
distance. But the value of the increase is small, and the relative error of the ranging
at the sound source distance of 220 cm is only about 6.5%, indicating that the
positioning method has higher positioning accuracy.
(3) Determination of the effective radius R of the detection unit
According to the above experimental data analysis, when the sound source localization method using the planar small array unit is used to locate the sound source,
the positioning accuracy decreases as the distance of the sound source from the
