connection line, connect the power line and ground zero line, open the host preheating
for 10 min, enter the data acquisition interface, set the relevant parameters, and collect
the corresponding data under three different sensor arrangements.
28.2.2 Sensor Sensitivity Test
The sensitivity of the installed sensors is tested one by one by using the lead breaking
method specified in the standard. Considering the small difference in the length of
the coaxial cable, the change of the average peak amplitude of each sensor should
not exceed ±4 dB.
28.2.3 Function Test of Guard Sensor
According to the relevant provisions of standard JB/t10764, the acoustic emission
on-line test is carried out under three working conditions: no guard sensor (8 main
sensors), partial guard sensor (8 main sensors + 4 guard sensors) and global guard
sensor (8 main sensors + 8 guard sensors). The test time is not less than 30 min each
time, and the corresponding collected data is recorded.
