the healing efficiency regarding the self-healing materials. The higher the healing
efficiency, the more obvious the Felicity Effect; the lower the healing efficiency,
the more obvious the Kaiser Effect.
Acknowledgements The authors would like to thank all the members in CUSP lab and technicians in Cardiff School of Engineering both for their massive guidance and help. The authors also
appreciate the support from the RM4L (Resilient Materials for Life) project, funded by EPSRC
(EP/P02081X/1), which enabled these advances to be made.
