Imagerie de l’apoptose
Il a été démontré que dans des modèles de tumeurs mammaires surexprimant HER2, la fixation d’annexine  V fluorescente permettait de prédire
précocement la réponse au trastuzumab [46]. Toutefois, une étude préclinique récente sur des tumeurs mammaires sensibles et résistantes au docétaxel
imagées avec 99m Tc-Annexine  V a démontré que cette prédiction n’était pas
systématique en raison des variations interindividuelles des modèles [47].
