reprise chirurgicale. Finalement, en choisissant une analyse moléculaire des GS
compte tenu de tous les bénéfices cités, les rares études économiques publiées
ont montré un solde favorable pour les techniques moléculaires [25, 44]. Une
étude médico-économique budgétisée par un financement dans le cadre des
techniques innovantes a débuté en 2014 en France (STIC SAGE) et va analyser
les coûts pour l’analyse des GS avec une technique « histologie conventionnelle » avec ou sans examen extemporané et avec la technique OSNA.
