3.2 Methods
This second level is intended to provide a response to the achievement of a reliable
economic and environmental database for application to the BLC of any project. In
this respect, the subdivisions detailed below shall be taken into account:
(a) Design and programmed activities for BLC
Together with data obtained in the previous divisions, the characteristics and
activities or actions programmed for each stage of the BLC are established, obtaining
