• Dakhla Oasis needs more effort to develop an efficient improvement of infrastructure, education, health and social services. Youth should also be encouraged to
invest in this region in the agricultural and industrial sectors by facilitating access
to credit.
• The use of modern technology in agricultural production can be promoted by
training small farmers and investors on the uses of modern technologies of
agriculture.
