About the Editors
Grégorio  Crini is Environmental Polymerist at
Université Bourgogne Franche-Comté, Besançon,
France. His research focuses on the environmental
aspects of cyclodextrin chemistry.
Sophie Fourmentin is Professor at the Université
du Littoral Côte d’Opale, Dunkerque, France. She is
the president of the French Cyclodextrin Society.
Her research works are at the interface between
host-guest chemistry and environmental chemistry.
