Surprisingly, the construction site noises did not lead to very high levels of the

By analyzing the diagram, it becomes obvious that all the subjects slightly
increased their speech intensity with construction site and white noise, but the growth
is more dramatic in case of the pop music (purple columns). The reason might be the
fact that human mind tends to listen when hearing another human voice, to a much
greater extent than hearing another type of sound. It is much easier for a person
