Figure 1 explores C 1 versus carrier degeneracy in n-Cadmium Arsenide for (a) δ = 0
(b) δ = 0 and (c) the band structure contains 3 energy band constants. The black
rectangular point on the curve (a) has been obtained by using (4)and the experimental
values of T 1 for n-Cadmium Arsenide [63]. Figure 2 explores the plots of C 2 versus
n 0 for the curves of Fig. 1 where the black rectangular points on the curve (a) has been
obtained by using (5) and the experimental values of T 1 for n-Cadmium Arsenide
in this case [63]. From Figs. 1 and 2, we note that the C 1 increases with decreasing
carrier degeneracy whereas for C 2 , the opposite behaviour is being reflected. All
cases of Figs. 1 and 2 have further been explored in Figs. 3 and 4 for n-Cadmium
Germanium Arsenide, where the similar types of corresponding dependences of
both C 1 and C 2 have been noted. Figures 5 and 6 exhibit the variations of C 1 and
C 2 versus carrier degeneracy for both ¯
λ 0 = 0 and ¯
λ 0 = 0 as shown by curves
(a) and (b) respectively where ¯
λ 0 is the splitting constant for II–VI materials. The
influence of ¯
λ 0 = 0 is being reflected from both the figures. Figures 7 and 8 exhibit
the variations of C 1 versus carrier degeneracy in n-Indium Antimonide and n-Indium
Arsenide for (a) the band structure contains 3 energy band constants, (b) the band
structure contains 2 energy band constants and (c) where the band structure defined
by a single energy band constant, respectively. Figures 9 and 10 exhibit the variations
of C 1 versus carrier degeneracy internary and quaternary materials for (a) the band
structure contains 3 energy band constants (b) the band structure contains 2 energy
Fig. 1 The curves of C 1 versus carrier degeneracy under terahertz frequency in n-Cadmium
Arsenide for a δ = 0 b δ = 0 and c the band structure contains 3 energy band constants. The
black rectangular points on the curve (a) are the combinations of Eq. (15) and the experimental
values of T 1 for Cd 3 As 2 in this case [64]
