Referring to the defect identification, reported for the differently shaped nanoparticles, Fig. 5.44 reports the corresponding electrical response under CO/argon
atmosphere treatment.
The highest response appears for the OCT nanoparticles which also have the
highest amount of V 0
þ defects [26].
